By installing or using WebCapture you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and discontinue use.
WebCapture is a browser extension that allows you to capture, annotate, and export screenshots of web pages. Features are split between a free tier and a paid Pro tier as described on the pricing page.
Free accounts are subject to a daily capture quota. Quotas may be adjusted at any time. Free features include visible-area and selection captures, basic annotations (rectangles, arrows, redaction), and PNG/JPEG downloads.
Pro plans (Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime) unlock additional features including full-page capture, all annotation tools, PDF export, cloud upload, and unlimited history. Lifetime licenses grant access to all features available at the time of purchase and all future updates to those features for as long as the service operates.
You may use WebCapture only for lawful purposes. You must not use the extension to capture or distribute content that infringes copyright, violates privacy, or is otherwise illegal. You are solely responsible for the captures you take and share.
WebCapture and its underlying code remain the property of the developer. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the software. You may not resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the extension.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, missed captures, or damages arising from use of the extension. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. On termination, your uploaded data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email where possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
